I remember Kim's warm smile - such a gentle and fun person, with a fabulous sense of style. Kim told us about how one day she went to pick up Alex from nursery and one of the little girls told her that she looked really nice but her shoes did not match. "Well! " she said as she laughed and related the story "I always take extra care to make sure my shoes match before I leave the house". We had not seen each other for a while - but she was often in my thoughts. I feel fortunate that she touched my life, and I was able to call her my friend and will miss her.
